Little Mermaid

Sophie looked like a mermaid in this blanket, and with her red hair, we think she qualifies to be called Ariel :D

Blessing Day

Sophie was blessed by Joseph on December 3rd. The dress she wore (the long one) is 104 years old! Sophie's great great great grandmother made it for her son to be blessed in, and then his son, Grandpa Austin, was blessed in it, then his daughter, Mom, was blessed in it, then Becky was blessed in it, and now Sophie is the 5th generation to be blessed in it. Pretty cool! It was a very neat day.

Drooling Darling

Girls rule and Boys Drool, but I guess not just boys! I was being darling for the camera when some drool escaped from my mouth. Good thing it's cute when you're a baby!

Go Cougs!

Here's the newest Baby Cougar, born when her parents are actually students at BYU! We listen to and watch faithfully all the football games and raise our hands each touchdown they get. Go Cougars! Rrrraaarrrrrrr!

All Smiles

Grandma Lamb took me to the office so that my proud Grandpa could show me off to everyone. I showed how photogenic I am by smiling for the pictures with them.

Happy Halloween!

We went to two Halloween parties this year. Sophie was our little pumpkin, quite literally, Joseph was a blind ref (hopefully he won't be reffing any BYU games this year) and Becky was the Tooth Fairy (or perhaps the toothless fairy would've been more accurate.) We had lots of fun!

Shades

Uncle Kent, Aunt Jeanne, and cousin Brooklyn stopped by on the way to take Brooke into the MTC, and they gave Sophie these sunglasses. Just call this duo Sister Lamb and Shades.

Peek A Boo!

We carved our pumpkins, but our real pumpkin this year is the one in the middle! Peek a Boo!

First Trip to Church

I felt Sophie kick for the first time when I was in a Sacrament Meeting, so I knew she'd feel right at home back at church again, and she did a great job for her first time there. She wore the pretty dress that Grandma Jensen gave to her and looked darling.

2 Weeks Old

At 2 weeks I now weigh 7 lbs. 14 oz. and am 21 1/2 in. long! I wouldn't want to grow an inch every week for the rest of my life, but for now it's a good thing.

Pretty in Pink

I don't do too much interesting stuff right now, but I've got being adorable down, so my mom and dad can't help but take pictures of me.

A New Pout

Sophie showed us a new pouty face she has when it's taking too long to get her fed. Mom and I couldn't help but laugh at it--it was just too cute! Here's Sophie and her quickly and many changing moods.

Bath Time

This is Sophie's first bath at home, and she did really well considering that it took 3 of us to figure out how to bathe her without drowning her. She does not like to be cold, but she was happy again when we put her in Geoff's little towel for her. Thanks Uncle Geoff!

How cute!

Home at last. Sophie at 2 days old.

Touchdown! Already a Cougar fan!

Happy Birth Day Sophie!

Sophie Jo Jensen was born at 12:39 pm at Cottonwood Hospital in Murray, Utah. She was 7 lbs. 11 oz. and 19 1/2 in. long, the exact measurements of her daddy when he was born. She has some hair, and it's got a reddish tint to it. She is perfect in every single way and was a champion baby from the start, arriving more quickly than anyone expected (just 4 hours after Becky's water was broken.)
