Jumping Jacks

We had a blast at a place filled with bounce houses and slides called Jumping Jacks when we went on a little field trip with our MOMS Club friends.

It didn't take long for the girls to get their sea legs and start jumping their hearts out.  They loved this thing they could hold onto while they bounced to help them keep their balance.

Sophie figured out how to bounce from color to color and got pretty good at not falling.

Avery has learned to jump and actually get her feet off the ground.  She was really getting some air and had a blast.

She didn't even mind when she'd fall because that was half the fun.

Sophie was pretty wary of the big slides at first and didn't even really want to crawl up the side ladders to get to the top, but once she did she loved it and I could hardly pry her away.  They had 3 different tall slides for the girls to play on and Sophie went down them over and over again.

I thought I'd have to always be helping Avery, but that little thing could scramble up the ladders all by herself and wouldn't even pause at the top long enough for me to take a picture before she was sliding down to the bottom.

The girls loved it and Sophie keeps asking when we can go back.  Here they are with their friend Maia (who just happens to be Polish and whose mom indulges me in speaking Polish with me sometimes.  Love it!)
